Can I lose wieght eating the foods I actually like?

Yes you can. You just need your diet to be balanced. For example, you eat cereal for breakfast, salad for lunch, and some whole grain pasta for dinner. If you eat pretty healthy for your main meals its okay to have some splurges of food you really enjoy. Just make sure that your not eating more of those foods you really like than healthy foods. You need that balance! :)
