John, you can definitely become a Catholic. It is wonderful that your parents are supportive. You will need to go to your local Catholic Church and set up an appointment with the priest. I would recommend that your parents go with you to show their support. You will need to ask the priest about RCIA program. It is a program that you will have to complete before you can be initiated into the Catholic Church. I was initiated last year. I wish you the best of luck.
