Help me please?! this is so important to me and i dont know what to do!?

im 15 and my mom and i have been fighting alot lately. today she told me that she would like a daughter that she could have a relationship with like her and my gma do but she doesnt think thats gonna happen with me and her. i dont know how to make her think idfferently. i need to have a strong relationship with her again, i love her but we are going through such a bad phase right now. what can i do? please help mee. she does everything for me and i feel like im being such a bad daughter :(
