How can I conserve energy in my arm when I throw a whole game?

It's nearing the end of the season, and tomorrow is a big game for us. But my problem is that after the 1st inning my arm already starts to fall off. At the begining of the year, I didn't have that problem. But now my arm gets tiered easily and I loose all my energy. So how can I conserve energy before and during the game without giving up some zip on my fastball?
