I need help on performance on a Reliant!?!?!?

I have a 1983 Plymouth Reliant, with a 2.2L 4 Cyl., I want to make it fast, cause obviously its a grandma car... I was hoping someone out there knew something about this car. I want to put a bigger carb. on it and give it a blower, cause for pities sake it has a 1 barrel on it... I have looked on countless websites, but everytime i put in my 1983 Plymouth it tells me that they got nothing for that car... So if anyone out there knows anything lemme know!!! plz.. lol
