Looking for a smartphone/PDA (MS Ofc inc) a screen of 2" or more, reliable & durable if dropped 4 T-mobile.?

I dropped my Tungsten PDA (from PALM) - once and the display shattered. Now I'm lost without it. I'm apprehensive at purchasing another PALM product. To repair it? Same cost as a new one. Warranty was only 90 days. So, I'm looking at a smartphone/PDA to bring my world back in order ;-). I'm open to all reviews. I'd like something similar to the PALM system though but if there's something better too I'd like to know. Thanks.
