Can any one please solve my problem?

vl i was using avast proffesional without knowing that it was only a trial pack and outdated. It was a total disaster some kind of static virus was dumped into my sys. I'v downloaded home eddittion updated it & preformed boot time scan then it found autorun-t(wrm) and win32:fasec(trj) so i moved them to chest & deleted them but they keep on comming back,& those virus tryed to open some websites which avast blocked(some around 300 html's) now my prob is i never saw my computer work like a mammoth my browsing speed is like ****, when ever i shutdown my computer it says some "end programme rundll32.exe" I even tried installing malwarebytes, but i could not run it so any 1 plz help me i'll b thankful
