I don't know what's wrong. Do you know what caused you to go off like that? Could it be a thing you have no control over? It could be that you're being tormented by an evil spirit. If you don't know what it is, then you better get into the Word of God and see if there's something wrong in the spiritual sense. There are different ways to find help. You can first of all find out what caused this emotion. It could be anything-anger, sorrow, bitterness, pain...maybe something that may have happened in your past.I'm praying to God to set you free.
