I'm a Catholic who is considering converting (possibly to LDS)?
I was raised Catholic, took Sunday school cles, went to church up until I was confirmed, but severely lost interest, hope, and belief in the Catholic church. At one point I was considering becoming atheist. I feel like I still believe in the possibility of God, but Catholicism might not just be the ideal religion for me, but I haven't ruled it out altogether just yet. What should I do to try to get myself active again in the Catholic religion to see if I can restore my faith, and also how should I go about looking into different religions? The alternative religion I am most interested in is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormonism.) It has been of great interest of me recently and I have researched it a bit and I find myself believing more in God and his plan for my life much more than I do with Catholicism. What do I need to know before possibly committing myself to Mormonism? By the way, I am only 14. Thanks for your time if you answer =]
