Where to buy clothes? What size?

OK, so I'm 5'4" and my bra size is 36C. My bust measurement is 40 inches, waist 31 inches, and hips 44 inches. I have an hourgl shape, but I have a really hard time finding clothes that fit me and look good. It seems like my waist disappears in a women's Large shirt... but I don't want clothes to be skin-tight on my ! Likewise I can't seem to buy dresses since my hips are like... size 14 but my top half is more like a size 8 or 10. Jeans are a nightmare because I need a larger size for my hips but then it slides off of my waist and I absolutely have to wear a belt with everything. Please help! Does anyone know of any good clothing stores for this body shape? Any brands?
