Extremely fast Fat loss help!?
For the last couple of months, i have been trying to loose the last bit of belly fat around my lower abdomen. and i have had so much trouble getting to my goals. The first month i had good results of about 4% body fat loss and a gain in muscle m, but this second month especially with the holidays its been hard. The first month i was very strict on my diet, no refined sugars, watching my protein and carb intake, protein in every meal 6 meals a day, but i still had dissapointing results (slow results i should say) I weightlift 5 times a week and i do cardio atleast 5 times a week for atleast 40 minutes, and i do interval training for each cardio, but still results are slow. This last month has been harder simply because of the holidays as well as my birthday on the 30th. Anyways i just want to know if there is anything else i could be doing to hyperdrive my fat loss without loosing muscle m. I have gone through caloric intake drops and everything and still no results, its the most disapointing because ive been trying very hard and i start culinary school next week and i know my strict dieting options will go out the window, but at the same time i feel like i should have to eat such strict meals to loose weight, when i go out with friends i eat fish and salads, and it sucks because i LOVE food. Please help! I weigh 180 and i'm 19. I really want my body for the summer as well as i want some time to put on some m when i bulk once i reach my current goals. Something i forgot to add is the week where i had no change in body fat% was the week i hit cardio 12 times that week as well as perfect dieting. is it just me?
