Help me with the name of a show from 3 years ago?

3 years ago, i saw a program about different scenarios that could wipe out most of mankind...ranging from nuclear war to natural disasters to asteroid impact. it aired on one of those educational networks...a&e, discovery, or one of the others. ring any bells?
