Leathal gas in early pregnancy.....?

Did anyone experience extreme amount of wind in early pregnancy im 4 weeks pregnant and my god i cannot stop farting..., ive been farting all day and i still feel a trapped wind feeling on one side (right) is this normal did u get this? also when i stand up i feel like my tummy muscels are stretching a little (this is my second)
