Please :) just an opinion based on your knowledge and/or opinion and experience.?

If you keep this up, it might take you 3 or 4 months to lose 10-15 lbs, and about 5 to look muscular. What you might try doing is to quit drinking soda pop, even diet soda pop. Start drinking water. Also, when you eat your meals, take small portions, and eat your food slowly. This will help you to get filled up faster.
