Why are so many gay men SO weird?!?

I have come to the conclusion that s, unlike heterouals, define themselves in terms of their uality. That is why there are Gay Pride events but no Straight Pride events. Having perceived themselves as "odd," uals resort to a wide variety of coping mechanisms. Some stay closeted. Others, having decided to "come out," overdo it. Yet others, such as yourself, have decided that your taste in lovers is no more significant than your taste for certain types of food, music or politics. It is simply one facet of your life, and that fact - far more than exhibitionism - has caused the general public to be less critical of ity. Those in the vanguard, such as yourself, are always, temporarily, the minority.
