Would you let your husband stay in touch with a woman when it worries you?

My husband has been friends with a woman for a couple of years and it's always made me nervous. Recently their talks and lunches have apparently gotten emotionally intimate and then she propositioned him. Am I wrong to want him to no longer have anything to do with her?
